BRIDGE is intended for authorized Government users and is operated in accordance with applicable laws of Barbados and relevant Government policies.

2. Who Controls the Information

2.1 Data Controller

Ministry of Industry, Innovation, Science & Technology, Barbados is the data controller for information processed through BRIDGE.

2.2 Data Processor

Amini Corp is a technology service provider acting as a data processor, processing information only on documented Government instructions.

3. What Information We Collect

BRIDGE may collect the following categories of information:

3.1 User-Provided Information

  • prompts, questions, and queries you submit
  • files or documents you upload (if enabled)
  • feedback you provide (ratings, corrections, comments)

3.2 System-Generated Information

  • AI outputs generated in response to queries
  • citations, references, or retrieved excerpts (where available)

3.3 Technical and Security Information

  • device and browser information
  • IP address and network identifiers
  • timestamps and session metadata
  • authentication logs (login success/failure)
  • audit logs of access and activity

3.4 Organizational Information

  • your name, username, department, role, and authorization level
  • access entitlements and permissions

4. Sensitive Information

BRIDGE may process sensitive or confidential government information depending on your role and datasets enabled.

You must not input:

  • personal health information,
  • national identification numbers,
  • bank/payment card details,
  • passwords or authentication secrets,
  • classified or restricted data beyond your authorization,

unless explicitly required for official work and permitted by applicable policies.

  • authorized Government administrators and officials
  • Amini (as processor) for system maintenance/support
  • auditors, regulators, or law enforcement where legally required
  • approved infrastructure operators (if applicable)

BRIDGE does not sell personal information.

8. Data Storage and Location

BRIDGE is deployed on secure on-premises infrastructure located in Barbados.

If any components require offsite processing (e.g., updates, support tooling), this will be governed by Government controls and contracts.

9 Retention

Information is retained according to Government retention schedules, including:

  • query logs and audit trails
  • uploaded documents (if enabled)
  • system performance logs

10. Security Measures

Security controls may include:

  • role-based access control (RBAC)
  • least-privilege permissions
  • encryption in transit and at rest (where applicable)
  • audit logging and monitoring
  • vulnerability management and patching
  • incident response procedures

No system can guarantee absolute security.
